With a more intimate setting of 14 max per group class, Joy is still there to offer you that 1:1 assistance. You will get an intense workout of building strength, muscle, and endurance.

Experience Personal training in a group class setting. With our month to month structured programming, this class is designed to help you achieve your goals of building strength, muscle, endurance, improving form, and having fun in a small supportive community of 14 max participants.

Cardio + Core
WHAT TO EXPECT
SWEAT into 50 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to boost your cardio and elevate your heart rate. Our Sweat Class is open to all levels that want to focus on pushing their limits to improve your conditioning and core strength. You will leave feeling energized and strongHER!


SCULPT CLASS
Mixed mediums for an epic sculpt!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sculpt combines yoga postures, strength training, and high intensity bursts. It's designed to increase strength, flexibility, and endurance. Expect to move to upbeat music and challenge yourself with a mix of yoga poses and strength-training exercises. Weights are optional.
